Why I built this

It was a hard no. Until it wasn't.

For three years I was trying to build something more affordable for stylists who needed real business help. Then MONAT showed up. In a package I wanted nothing to do with.

My passion has always been helping women find their confidence behind the chair. Over the years, that became helping stylists build the businesses underneath the chair. Boundaries, pricing, content, attracting the right clients.

But one-on-one mentorship is expensive. I was watching incredible stylists who needed the help most be the ones who couldn't afford it.

MONAT solved the problem I'd been trying to solve for three years. Stylists can buy in for under $300. The business comes with the product. I still get to mentor them. But now I get paid on their wins instead of them paying thousands a month for mine.

It's bigger than hair and shampoo. It's changing lives. And I want you in.
